Hours of Operation
As entrepreneurs and freelancers we are pretty flexible. However, we do like to keep normal hours of operation and work by Mountain Standard Time. We are not open on weekends or holidays.
How to Contact Us
We don’t want to miss your questions. The best way to contact us and have your questions answered is via email.
Once the details are settled and payment terms are decided, we will send you an invoice and client agreement. You will not receive any products or services prior to the receipt of your signed contract and first installment.
Cancellation + Refunds
We hope that you are 100% satisfied. We truly appreciate your business and enjoy working with so many passionate female business women. However, due to the nature of these programs and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.
Coaching Packages: As mentioned above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding. If you choose to terminate your program, you may be considered for a credit with our Company for the amount paid on the invoice, to be used toward future packages or services.
Information products/eCourses: Because all information products and eCourses are accessible and downloadable at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding.
All programs are protected under the copyright of JQIC Design Co. We have the right to display and market all work completed as a result of our client agreement.
